Applications are invited from the candidates holding required qualification criterion as well as the professional capability for appointment on contract basis against permanent vacant posts of disabled quota in different offices of Punjab under Irrigation Reforms Wing of Agriculture Department. by 20-02-2019. Required age limit and educational qualification for the posts are given below. 


SITUATIONS VACANT



  • Stenographer (BPS-15)

Educational Qualification:
i. 'Intermediate or equivalent qualification from any recognized educational board. 
ii. English shorthand speed of 80wpm and typing 35wpm 
iii. Those candidates shall be preferred whose shorthand speed is 60wpm and typing 25wpm. 

  • Computer Operator (BPS-15) 

Educational Qualification: Graduate (21a division) along with four- I8 to 25-month training in a computer language or BCS (2nd division). Candidates shall have to pass the computer competency test. 

  • Supervisor (BPS-11) (Posts-06)

Educational Qualification: Matric with the 3-year diploma in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, auto & farm machinery or civil engineering from 20 to 26 Punjab Board of Technical Education. 

  • Driver (BPS-04) (Posts-06) 

Educational Qualification: Middle passed having LTV/HTV license and five-year driving experience. 

  • Rod Man (BPS-01) (Posts-02) 

Educational Qualification: Healthy.

  • Naib Qasid (BPS-01) (Posts-05)

Educational Qualification: Literate.

  • Watchman/Chowkidar (BPS-01) (Posts-04) 

Educational Qualification: Healthy.

  • Sweeper (BPS-01) 

Educational Qualification: Healthy. 




Terms & Conditions:

1. This recruitment shall initially be 'mule for three years in accordance with the Contract Policy 2004 of Government of the Punjab, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
2. Relaxation in upper age limit shall be granted in accordance with the prevalent laws of government. 
3. A contract could be revoked on one-month salary payment or one month notice without assigning any reason. Likewise, in case of leaving a job, a one month salary or one-month advance written notice shall have to be given. 
4. The employees recruited on contracted basis shall neither be entitled to the pension; provident fund, GP fund nor shall deduction of any kind be made from their salary under this head. 
5. The employees recruited on the contract shall reserve no right for permanent employment, against this or any other post. Moreover, the right to seniority due to this appointment shall also not be reserved by them. 
6. Applications of interested persons written on a plain paper should reach the office of Director General Agriculture (Irrigation Reform 21-Davies Road, Lahore by the stipulated date during working hours. 
7. Applications must be accompanied with copies of degrees, certificates, computerized identity card and domicile certificate as. well as two fresh photographs attested by any gazetted officer.

9. Separate invitation for test/interview Shall be issued afterward. No TA/DA shall be given to candidates corning for test/interview, and they shall have to produce original documents at the day of the interview. 
10. The selection of candidates shall be: made under Recruitment Policy of Government of Punjab issued on 17-09-2004. 
11. Candidates must have domicile of Punjab. Applications shall only be received by Post. 
12. Male: and female Candidates having the disability certificate issued by Social Welfare Department shall only eligible to submit applications.
