The University of Turbat (UOT) Turbat, Balochistan.

The University of Turbat, a reputed public university operating under HEC, located in Turbat, District Kech (Baluchistan) needs the services of qualified and dedicated engineers for its Project/Planning & Development Section, as detailed below: 

ENGINEERING STAFF REQUIRED  

• Executive Engineer (BS-18)

Basic Educational Qualification: BE (Civil) from an HEC - recognized university, with at least 60% marks and valid PEC - registration.
Post-qualification Experience: 8 years Post-qualification experience of construction/ engineering works at a supervisory position in Government/ Semi-government or reputed private sector organizations. Basic Computer skill and knowledge of tendering rules and regulations are necessary.

• Assistant Engineer (BS-17)

Basic Educational Qualification: BE (Civil) from an HEC- recognized university, with at least 60% marks with a valid PEC - registration. 

Post-qualification Experience: At least 5 years Post-qualification experience of construction/ engineering works in a government, Semi-government or reputed private organization. Basic Computer Skill and knowledge of Tender Rules & regulations and designing/drawings measurements etc are necessary. 

• Junior Engineer (BS-16) (Posts-02) 

Basic Educational Qualification: D.A.E in Civil/Electrical disciplines from an HEC- recognized university or other Institution. Candidates with higher qualifications will be given extra marks. 

Post-qualification Experience: At least 2 years' experience of working in Buildings/Roads Project in a government, Semi-government or reputed private organization. Basic Computer skills and knowledge of basic surveys, drawings, technical specifications etc is necessary. 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• Interested individuals who meet the eligibility criteria can obtain Application Form from Registrar office, University of Turbat or download it from the University website: www.uot.edu.pk. 

• The applicant shall submit Rs. 2000/, as Application processing Fee, in shape of Bank Draft/Pay order in favor of University of Turbat. 

• The application shall be complete in all respects (in duplicate), including the application form, Complete CV, attested copies of testimonials, experience certificates and 4 recent passport size photographs. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. 

• Candidates who are working in Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies, must apply through proper channel. 

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview at the University of Turbat. However, TA/DA will not be admissible. 

• The University reserves the right to not fill any post or withhold the appointment against any post or increase or decrease the No. of posts. 

• The applications should reach to the Registrar office, the University of Turbat on or before 28th January 2019, up to closing time. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
