1. Application form available at Candidates Testing Service (CTS) website i.e. (www.cts.org.pk)
2. Interested Candidates Download Sr. No. 1 to 4 Application form and a fee deposit slip from CTS website.
3. Candidates send their Application form along with a copy of fee deposit slip, Educational certificates CNIC, and other relevant documents to the office of  The Project Manager, Candidates Testing Services (CTS) Head Office, office No. 06, 2nd Floor, United Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad within 15 Days of Publication of this advertisement.
4. Incomplete Application or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
5. Candidates Sr. No. 5 to 8 send their application form is given format below, to the office of Director Admin, NVTTC Headquarters, Evacuee Trust Complex, 6th Floor, Near Marriot Hotel, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad, within 15 Days of Publication of this advertisement.
