JOB OPPORTUNITIES 

• Admin Officer

Qualification: BA/BSc (Logistics course will be preferred). 

• Enhance administrations work as per SOP.

• Checking security duties and maintain a record. 

• Attending meetings and close coordination with rights echelons/ other organizations. 

• Management of administrative matters of personnel.

• Workshop Officer

Qualification: BSc / MSc (Elec / Mech)

• Planning and monitoring work within the workshop. 

• Responsible for the day to day safe and efficient running of the mechanical workshop. 

• Responsible for budgets for the purchase of materials.

• Mining Engineer

Qualification: BS / MS (Mining Engineering)

• Implementation of the mine Plan & Design Provided by Consultant. 

• Ore extraction as per Mine Plan & Design at a site. 

• Development of free face, drilling pattern, explosive distribution and charging mechanism for drilling and blasting. 

• Marking of blocks and block wise blasting to avoid contamination and ensure grades. 

• Ensure safety of machinery & manpower.

• Manager (Dams)

Qualification: MS Civ Engr (preferably in Hydrology and water resource Engineering) 

•Addl MS ( Proj /Construction or contract management ) will be given preference 

• Must be registered with PEC

• Meetings with foreign delegations and officials various government/semi Govt departments like WAPDA, PEDO, NEPRA etc 

• Site visits and preparation of reports on a technical insight of the projects in hand and in the acquisition stage. 

• Dealing with EPC contractors, bidding of projects, negotiations and project development in general 

• Manage and coordinate the output of the allocated team of the Dams Date.

• Plant Manager

Qualification: Masters in Industrial/ Mech/ Chemical Engr 

• Addl certification in Project Management/ Industrial Management will be given preference

• Manage the daily operation of the plant. 

• Ensure safety and efficiency of each component of plant 

• Monitor operation and trigger corrective actions. 

• Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. 

• Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.

• Chief Finance Officer

Qualification: FCA (fellow charted accountant)/ CA / ACCA 

• Addl MBA in Proj Management/ Industrial Management will be given preference.

• Drive the company’s financial planning. 

• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. 

• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. 

• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.

• Manager Operations/ Coordination

Qualification: BA/ BSc

•Liaison with all govt depts.

•Preparation of reports and returns 

•Any other admin related task assigned by the management

• Manager Marketing / Business Development

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

• Preparation and execution of Marketing/ Business Plan. 

• Devise and use fruitful business development strategies. 

• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. 

• Finalize selling details of orders and deliveries. 

• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of clients. 

• Perform risk management for contracts and agreements.

• Assistant Manager (Lease)

Qualification: BA/ BSc

• Prep of all types of lease document. 

• Liaison with all provincial Mineral Depts for processing of lease. 

• Processing and persuasion of leases with Mineral Dept. 

• Highlight potential lease areas for applying with concerned depts.

• Graphic Designer

Qualification: F Sc / FA / Diploma Holder in relevant field.

• Develop concepts, 3D graphics, and layouts. 

• Design solutions with high visual impact incl 3D maps, images, and company logos 

• Prep of leaflets and portfolios for promoting business. 

• Develop and maintain a website to attract buyers.

• Geologist

Qualification: BS / MS in Geology

• Core drilling sampling and formation of log accordingly. 

• Create a map containing all structural and geomorphic features with appropriate legends. 

• Interpret, digitize, rectify and Georeferencing of the existed map of the area. 

• Mechanism of the rock and associated ore formation. 

• Identification of the Ore-bearing rock. 

• Reserves and resource estimation study.
