• Deputy Project Managers

Degree/Education: BSc / MSc (Civ Engg)

Job Description:

• To brief & update the Project Manager on the progress of the work done on site. 

• To supervise & monitor all the ongoing activities on the site as per schedule. 

• Responsible for ensuring timely supplies of steel, cement, POL, bitumen and ration etc on site. 

• To maintain active liaison with all Government Departments for the timely completion of a project. 

• To supervise and analyze the earthwork and predict the requirement of the material for the next activity on the site. 

• To maintain liaison with Consultant to ensure work done as per specified requirement/standards.

• Contract Managers

Degree/Education: BSc (Civil Engg) Preferably MSc (Civil Engg )

Job Description:

• Adequate knowledge of contract clauses, NHA Specs.

• Supervision / Preparation of tender bids. 

• To scrutinize execution plans. 

• Prep of Working Methodologies / Schedules. 

• Knowledge to study client contract drawing/specification and incorporation of same in the bids. 

• Eval of specialized work in comparison with prevailing market rates. 

• Negotiation skills for subcontracting.

• Planning Engineers

Degree/Education: BSc (Civ Engg)

Job Description:

• Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources. 

• Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates. 

• Prepares cash flow, charts, and histograms on planning projects. 

• Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/engineering/procurement/execution.

• Monitors progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning. 

• Accumulates collects and analyses data and information required for planning skills.

• Structure Engineers

Degree/Education: MSc (Structures)

Job Description:

• Design experience in Civil works. Should be proficient in handling software’s i.e. ANSYS, SAP, SAFE and ETABs etc. 

• Sound knowledge of Structure design methodologies, construction techniques. 

• Excellent mathematics, mechanics and software skills. 

• Management of Design/ Project Works.

  

• Highway Engineers

Degree/Education: MSc (Transportations)

Job Description:

• Excellent mathematics, mechanics and software skills. 

• Experience in relevant field. 

• Design experience in infrastructure projects. 

• Proficient in subject related Software’s.
