Applications are invited from candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications and experience in Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services. 

SITUATION VACANT

• Assistant PRC Officer (SG-I) (Posts-04) 

Punjab =1 

Sindh =1 

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa =1 

Balochistan =1 

Qualification: Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences from a recognized university with 2 years relevant experience at the appropriate level.

• Office Assistant (SG-11) (Posts-08) 

Punjab =2 

Sindh =2 

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa =2 

Balochistan =2 

Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University. Experience of noting, drafting, filing, dairy, dispatch and other routine office work in a government or semi-government or autonomous or reputed private organization preferable. Age: 2040 

PIPS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (2 YEARS DURATION)

• Young Parliamentary Officer (YPO) (Posts-20) 

QUALIFICATIONS: Master or equivalent degree (16 years of education) in Parliamentary Studies, Law, Political Science, Economics/ Development Studies, Pakistan Studies, International Relations/ Defence & Strategic Studies, Mass Communication / Media Studies, English, Sociology/ Computer Science and Management Sciences with 70% marks or CGPA 3.5 in semester system and/or 60% in annual system. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Only the candidates having domicile of a respective province shall be eligible to apply. The selected candidates will serve in the respective provincial offices of the Institute. 

Note: 

i. Only those candidates possessing certificates/Degrees from the institutions recognized by the Government/HEC are eligible to apply. Result awaited students are not eligible to apply. 

ii. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test interview(s). 

iii. No TA/DAwill be paid for the test/interview. 

iv. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the process of hiring partially or completely. 

v. Influencing the recruitment process will lead to disqualification of the candidature.

O Applications must be received at the given address not later than fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement. 

O Open Testing Services (OTS) will not be responsible for late receipt of applications sent through post or by any other service. 

O Please submit your test fee through prescribed deposit slip in any online branch of designated banks. 

O Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
