Directorate of Alternative Energy Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi invites applications from suitable candidates (male/female) having domicile of Sindh province against the following posts on purely contract basis till the completion of ADP Scheme No. 404 entitled "Electrification of Primary Health Facilities through Solar PV Technology. 

SITUATION VACANT 

• Assistant Director (Technical) (BPS-17 Equivalent) 

Qualifications & Experience: BE (Electrical / Electronic Engineering) with 2 years of post-qualification experience 

• Accountant Assistant (BPS-14 Equivalent) 

Qualifications & Experience: B.Com. or BBA with 3 years of post-qualification experience 

• Sub-Engineer (BPS-14 Equivalent) 

Qualifications & Experience: Diploma of Associate of Engineering (Electrical) with 3 years of post-qualification experience. 

• Driver (BPS-04 Equivalent)

Qualifications & Experience: Matriculation having valid LTV or HTV driving license, having at least five (05) years driving experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

1. Those candidates who have already applied for the said post as advertised on 30th March, 2018 are advised to apply afresh through STS. 

2. Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the above criteria for respective posts will be called for written test and interview. 

3. The general upper age relaxation limit will be allowed as per Sindh Government policy. 

4. Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel/having NOC from respective departments/organizations otherwise their candidature will not be accepted. 

5. Incomplete applications & those received after due date shall not be entertained. 

6. Deposited Test Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. 

7. Domicile & PRC must be of Sindh province. 

8. No TA / DA shall be admissible for test / interview. 

9. Directorate of Alternative Energy reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of vacancies. 10. If any document provided by candidate is found bogus during recruitment process and afterwards, the appointment will be treated as cancelled. 

11. Only those candidates who shall qualify written test of STS by obtaining up to 60% marks and top position will be called for Interview. 

12. Candidates should bring original documents along with attested copy of all relevant documents at the time of interview. 

13. Women / disabled & minorities quota shall also be observed / maintained strictly according to existing rules / policy of Government of Sindh. 

14. Male & female both can apply. 

15. Mobile phones are not allowed In the Test Premises. 

16. The written test will be conducted on 23rd December 2018 in Karachi. 

HOW TO APPLY: 

❖ Please download the Application Form along with the prescribed Test Fee Deposit Slip from STS website (www.sindhtestingservice.org). 

❖ Pay the fee in any of the country-wide online branch of Sindh Bank Ltd. and Meezan Bank. Attach the paid copy of deposit slip with the filled-up application form. 

❖ Please deposit the Test Fee of PKRs. 500/- for Serial No. 1 and PKRs. 350/- for Serial No. 2 to 4, respectively. 

❖ Please send the Filled-up Application Form along with Original Bank Deposit Slip through by couriers / post to Sindh Testing Service-Pakistan Headquarters; A-21, 3rd Floor near Society Office, Shahrah-e-Quaideen, Karachi, before the Last Date. 

❖ Application Forms improperly filled-up, incomplete, without paid copy of deposit slip will be rejected. 

❖ Please submit your test fee through prescribed deposit slip on any online branch of designated bank. 

❖ Applications submitted by hand will NOT BE ENTERTAINED. 

❖ STS is not responsible for the late receipt of applications sent through post or by any courier service. 

❖ Last Date of Submission of Application Form is: 10 December. 2018. 

Note:

Please do not attach original, the only photocopy of the educational certificate, CNIC, Domicile and PRC & four passport size photographs are required with the application forms at this stage.
