The training program will offer to learn exposure to various business functions where successful candidates will be provided with on the job training under the supervision of senior leaders in the organization. During this tenure, they will be able to enhance their knowledge and realize the full potential to grow as future leaders. Candidates with the following qualification are encouraged to apply for a one-year training program. 

Annual Management Trainee Program 2018

Minimum 16 years of education with 4-years Bachelor's Degree in MBA/BBA/BS/LLB/LLM/ Equivalent foreign degree)

Minimum 16 years of education with 4years Bachelor's (Engineering) Degree in MSc / MS (Engineering) / BE / BSc (Engineering). Equivalent Engineering foreign degree) 

General Instructions:

• Candidates must possess at least 16 years of education from HEC recognized institute. 

• Foreign degree holders need to furnish equivalency certificate from HEC prior to selection. 

• Maximum 26 years of age on the date of advertisement. 

• Incomplete applications shall not be considered. 

• Only top scorers shall be called for the interview. PSO reserves the right to set the test cut-off based on a number of trainee requirements and test result. 

• All shortlisting and selection shall be based on merit only. use of any means to influence the recruitment process will lead to disqualification of the candidate. 

• Final selection will be subject to clearing the test, assessment and panel interview, degree verification and medical clearance. 

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 

• One-year training assignment does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on the Company to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of the training period. 

Eligible candidates may register themselves with Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) on their prescribed form available at registration.pts.org.pk latest by November 05, 2018 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.130/- (One Hundred and Thirty Only) directly to PTS, latest by November 05, 2018.
