Punjab Revenue Authority established under the Punjab Revenue Authority Act, 2012- intends to fill the following posts having qualification and experience•given against at a market based competitive monthly lump sum salary on contract basis initially for a period of 03 years. Terms and conditions are as under:-

- Enforcement Officers (Posts-35)
Requisite Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors (Hons.) degree holder In Business Administration Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences. Management, Human Resource or alternatively any Bachelors degree from HEC- recognized institution preferably with a 3- years Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- Audit Cum Risk Compliance Officers (Posts-20)
Requisite Qualification and Experience:
CA (Finalist); or ACCA: ACMA (with post-qualification experience of at least three years) having exposure of reputed audit firms with IT proficiency coupled with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Additional professional qualification (s) / experience in the domains of audit & assurance and/or tax will be preferred.
- Legal Officers (Posts-06)
Requisite Qualification and Experience:
Law graduate (LLB.) or above and admitted practicing in the High Court.
- Assistant Director (Databases) / Program Officer (Posts-02)
Requisite Qualification and Experience:
a) BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
b) Oracle 11g, Oracle 12c, OCP and MCSA Certifications preferred.
c) Preference of relevant experience.
d) Strong experience in a database development environment.
e) Strong experience in Oracle database 9i, 10g, 11g, and 12c.
f) Strong experience in Oracle RMAN Backup and recovery, Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard.
g) Strong experience in SQL Performance tuning and SQL scripting.
h) Strong experience in MySQL replication, backup, and recovery.
- Assistant Director (Software) / Program Officer (Posts-02)
a) BS/MS in Computer Science. Engineering or related subject.
b) OCP JAVA SE 7 Programmer, MCP() preferred.
c) Preference of relevant experience.
d) Excellent software development skills.
e) Excellent skills in object-oriented analysis and design.
f) Excellent knowledge of relational databases.
g) Excellent knowledge in developing applications using JAVA EE platforms.
h) Excellent knowledge in Microsoft.Net, ASP.net, Crystal reports, Web services, client/server programming, C# .NET, XML, PHP
i) Excellent presentation-layer web development experience including HTML, CSS3, JavaScript Query and AJAX)
j) Excellent knowledge in Websphere, tomcat, Jboss, and IIS.
- Assistant Director (Network) / Program Officer (Posts-01)
a) BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
b) CCNA, CCNP. CCNA Wireless Certifications preferred.
c) Preference of relevant experience.
d) Strong experience in setting up VPN servers, controller-based wireless access points.
e) Strong experience with Routing. Switching and IP Telecom Systems along with a different application and security appliances.
e) Strong experience in LAN/WAN management and monitoring.
f) Strong experience in TCP/IP networking.
2. No TA/DA will be allowed. Only those will be called for the test who meet the above-said criteria. The interview will be conducted of those candidates who are shortlisted through a competitive process and cross the minimum threshold as decided by the Authority. The last date for submission of forms is 19-10-2018.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

2. General Age Relaxation will be admissible as per Government policy.
3. Persons in- Government Service should apply through proper channel.
4. Incomplete applications and applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
5. Disabled, Minorities and Women quota shall be granted as per Government policy.
6. No TA/DA and any other expenditure shall be admissible for the test/interview.
How to Apply:
1. The application form shall be downloaded by visiting PTS (Pakistan Testing Services) Website i.e. www.pts.org.pk. Please download Application Form and a Deposit slip from PTS website www.pts.org.pk.
2. Test fees of Rs.400/- shall be paid in any branch of United Bank Limited and HBL on prescribed online deposit slip (Online deposit slip is attached with application form)or demand draft of any Bank payable in Islamabad in favor M/S PTS (Pakistan Testing Services). No application will be entertained in case the requisite fee as per instruction is not deposited. PTS's copy of the original slip must be attached with a hard copy of the application forms.
3. No qualification certificates are required at this initial stage
4. The test fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
5. Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined on the basis of applicants' qualification, performance in written test (to be conducted by PTS i.e. PTS (Pakistan Testing Services) and interview within the criteria/policy devised by the PRA.
6. Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected. Only those candidates who fulfill the laid down criteria are eligible to apply.
7. Please send the Application Form along with Original Bank deposit slip through courier to Pakistan Testing Service Head Quarter, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazal-e-Hag Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.
