• Controller of Examination (BPS-20) 

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DArs with 17 years relevant experience, in pay scale 17 or above. 

• Director QEC (BPS-20) 

First Division Degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University / Institution with 17 years experience in the relevant field in a University or Autonomous bodies in pay scale 17 or above.  

• Director P&D (BPS-20) 

First division degree (16 years education) in Economics or Business Administration from HEC recognized University/ DAI's with 17 years relevant experience in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or above. 

• Director ORIC (BPS-20) 

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAIS with 17 years teaching/ administrative experience in a University/Government or autonomous body in BPS- 17 and above. 

• Manager Research (Operations & Development) (BPS-19) 

First division degree (16 years education) in Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, and Management Sciences from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with 12 years teaching/ administrative experience in a University/Government or autonomous body in BPS- 17 and above. 

• Executive Engineer (BPS-18) 

First division degree (16 years education) in B.E. Civil Engineering and 05 years experience of constructing buildings and roads in a University or Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or above. 

• Publication Specialist (BPS-18) 

First division degree (16 years education) in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Management Sciences from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with 05 years relevant experience in a University/Government or autonomous body in BPS - 17 and above. 

• Secretary to Vice-Chancellor (BPS-17)

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAIS 

• Media/Event Manager (BPS-17) 

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAIs preferably with 2 years experience in relevant field. 

• Assistant Provost (Female) (BPS-17)

First division degree (16 years education) from HEC recognized University/ DAI's 

• Assistant Treasurer (BPS-17)

First division degree (16 years education) in Business Administration (with specialization in Finance) or Commerce from HEC recognized University/ DAI's 

GENERAL INSTRUCTION: 

1. Application forms along with a copy of CNIC, an attested recent passport size photograph, attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates and bank receipt (in Original) should reach the office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings) by or before 21st September 2018. 

2. Candidates shall deposit (Non-refundable) Rs.2000/- for BPS-19 & BPS-20 and Rs.1000/- for BPS-17 & BPS-18 at any UBL online branch in Account MCA No. 231098405 CODE: 54 Titled: Job Application Fee (Bank receipt attached with online printed form). 

3. Candidate applying for more than one post shall submit a separate application form along with all requirements. 

4. CGPA less than 3.00 out of 4.00 will be considered as second division. 

5. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned department/institution along with the application form, by the due date, otherwise, the application will not be entertained. 

6. Incomplete applications and those received after due date, shall not be entertained. No extra time will be allowed for postal transit. 

7. In case of a foreign degree, the applicant must produce HEC Equivalence Certificate along with the application form. 

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in Test/Interview.
