ELIGIBILITY:

Master of Philosophy M.Phil/MS/MSC (Hons) MBA: 

i) Master Degree (sixteen years of education or equivalent) at least with second crass in the annual system a 2.50 CGPA in semester system It relevant subject) recognized by the HigherEducabon Canmisscn of Pakistan. 

ii) MPhil Forestry & MPhil Wildlife: as (4 years in Botany2oology and MSc Botarry Zoology (sixteen years) of education or equivalent at least wit 60% marks in annual system or 3.00 CGPAn semester system recognized by the HEC. 

iii) Vold GAT (General) result (n relevant f eldtategcry) conducted by NTS with a minimum 50 marks before admission. 

iv) In addition to GAT (General). subject mitten test will also be conducted by the departments of Botany and Zoology on 24-09-2018. 

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) 

MPh1.14844ScrHons) or equivalent Eighteen years of education with a minimum CGPA 3 04.00 (60% in case of the annual system) recognized by the Higher Education Corrmsson of Pakistan. In the case of Ph.D. Management Sciences applicant must have qualified 6 credit hours thesis in his/her M.Phil/MS program. 

i) The candidates should hate qualified GRE (International) subject (where applicable) with 60 percentile or GAT subject conducted by NTS with 60% cumulative score before admission. 

ii) No special GAT subject for admission in Ph.D. will be arranged by the university.

ADMISSION SCHEDULE:

Last date for submission of online admission forms to MPhil & Ph.D. Programs on IUB Website 17-09-2018. 

Interview in the respective departments (only GAT Pass students will appear) 24-09-2018 

Display of 1' merit 1st in respective departments and University Website 25-09-2018 

Last date for deposit of lees and dues of merit list 28-09-2018 

Display of 2' merit Int in respective departments and University Website. 29-09-2018 

The last date for deposit of fees and does of 2nd merit list. 01-10-2018

Commencement of dosses 01.10-2018 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. HARD COPY of the ON-LINE application form is not required. Original Documents along with two photocopies sets will be required at the time of interview. 

2. Original receipt of Admission Processing fee Rs. 700/- will be furnished at the time of test/interview which candidates will not be allowed to appear in the interview/test. 

It will be retained by IUB for record purpose. 

Only GAT (Genera 'Subject pass applicants will appear in Interview as per schedule. 

No candidate will be informed about the date of interview. individually. 

3. The candidates are required to visit www.iub.edu.pk for Online applications. 

The candidate who haw already passed and having valid GAT (General) result card Issued by NTS, need not regster for IUB Special GAT-Gereral
