Note:

1. 20% posts In the cadre of Junior Clerk and Nab Oasd have been reserved for children of working/retired employees BS-01 to 11  Civil/Session Courts Chiniot. If none is available for appointment against the reserved quota, those posts will be filled in through direct recruitment on the barsis of open merit All candidates who want to apply for the posts reserved quota are required to submit the hand written application along with complete particulars and proof. till the out of date. through proper channel in case of a government servant. 

2. 20% posts in the cadre of Junior Clerk have been reserved to be filled in by promotion from amongst the employees of class- IV of the Civil/Sessions Courts Chiniot. who are otherwise fie appointment to the post If none is available for appointment against the reserved quota, those posts will be filled in through direct recruitment on the basis of open merit.

3. No TA/DA will be given to the candidates.

5. Recruitment will be made in accordance with the recruitment policy of 2004 and Civil & Sessions Courts Estabirshment Service Rules 2005.
