Required Qualification for Teaching Posts:  

Professor/Associate Professor: As per NEC Criteria 
Assistant Professor: Only Ph.D. in relevant field will be considered. 
Lecturer: Only M.Sc. Engg/M.Phil in relevant discipline will be considered. 


GENERAL INFORMATION:  

i. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer, in case of Engineering, is mandatory. 

ii. AGE LIMIT FOR TEACHING POSTS: Professor: Not more than 45 years, Associate Professor: Not more than 40 years (Relaxable in suitable cases), Assistant Professor and Lecturer: 23 to 30 years (Relaxable in suitable cases). 

iii. AGE LIMIT FOR NON TEACHING POSTS: 21 to 45 years (Relaxable in suitable cases). iv. The Selection Board will consider all applications received and when necessary interview such candidates as it considers prime-facie most suitable for appointment. Selection Board's decision in this regard shall be final. 

v. Incomplete or applications received after the due date shall not be considered. 

vi. No T.A./D.A. will be paid for the interview. 

vii. Only short listed candidates will be called for interviews.

iii) Upload passport size scanned photograph. 

iv) Print the application duly completed in all respect and sign it. 

v) Attach bank draft/postal order/challan amounting to Rs.500/- in favor of Treasurer of UET, Lahore and other required documents with the printout of application.
